attitude It's all possible. Encouraging original and thoughtful young voices; planting the seeds of positive social change, developing powerful and compelling youth leaders. With Our Words, Inc. is a nonprofit collective of educators, performing artists, business owners, community activists and decorated military personnel who believe in the power of the artistic spirit. Since 2003 WOW has been providing a uniquely creative environment for young people in California's Central Valley. WOW programs are where ballet girls hook up with the girls who step, where the MCs spit with the debate team. The focus is on sharpening skills and blurring boundaries in order to rock the mic through poetry. WOW is committed to helping young people discover their unique narrative skills and tap into their limitless leadership potential, even -- or maybe especially -- in the face of challenging circumstances. The numbers tell us that commitment and positive results, particularly for youth of color, are needed more than ever. You may say I'm a dreamer, But I'm not the only one.
